Please note that orders of £50 and over are delivered free of charge and orders of £49.99 and under will have a £5.45 delivery charge applied to customers in Mainland UK* areas however this unfortunately excludes certain areas of the Highlands and Scottish Islands. Carriage costs can very with weight and our shopping system will usually calculate the worst scenario. if you wish to query the carriage costs calculated on your purchase order please telephone us on 01254 820088 and we will check that you are paying the most economical shipping cost.
If you are in one of the following UK post codes please note that a one off additional carriage charge will need to be applied to your order and this will be calculated at checkout when you enter your delivery address. In order to help us organise a smooth delivery of your purchases, please will you leave an instruction in the ‘Customer Notes’ box about your wishes if you happen to be out when the delivery arrives as the carrier will only take an instruction if it is printed on a label by us. Unfortunately because of this, any ‘please leave...’ type of instructions will be at your risk.
Should you not be at home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will attempt delivery and leave a card twice. If there is no response to the cards, the carrier will then contact us, charging an extra £3.00. If a third attempt is unsuccessful the parcels will be returned and any extra charges will be payable at cost by yourself, the customer.
European and International Deliveries
For our customers located in Europe and further afield, we will be delighted to organise for your products to be delivered to you, however unfortunately our shopping cart simply cannot calculate a postage cost due to the varying shipping methods that we use. We always select the most cost effective and reliable shipping method possible and therefore should you be located in a country that requires a shipping cost to be calculated, please call us on +44 (0)1254 820088 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate the cost for you.
1.If you are returning goods that are damaged you should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we require the goods to be left as they were received, to enable any possible claim to be put against our suppliers or carriers. We would also require photographic proof of any damages. We will look at each case individually and if we required you to return the goods we will refund the shipping cost, alternatively we will pick up from your premises and provide you a full replacement.
2. Unwanted goods can be returned to us for a credit if they are in perfect resalable condition and within 28 days of receiving these goods. Return costs will be paid by the customer and if you ask us to make arrangements for a pick up we will refund the cost of the goods minus any return shipping costs incurred by The Recycle Works Limited, the cost to be agreed in advance. This may not be exactly the shipping cost shown on the invoice as this is often subsidised.
However we sincerely hope that you will never need to use this service and that your orders will be correct first time and that you will be pleased with your purchases.
