Delivery & Shipping Information

Orders are currently being despatched within 15 working days 

Mainland UK Delivery - Standard 

Please note that all orders will have a £6.95 delivery charge applied to customers in Mainland UK* areas, however this unfortunately excludes certain areas of the Highlands and Scottish Islands. Carriage costs can vary with weight and our shopping system will usually calculate the worst scenario. if you wish to query the carriage costs calculated on your purchase order please telephone us on 01254 820088 and we will check that you are paying the most economical shipping cost. Large orders, pallet and International deliveries may be subject to an extra delivery charge.

If you are in one of the following UK post codes please note that a one off additional carriage charge will need to be applied to your order and this will be calculated at checkout when you enter your delivery address. Please note that standard mainland deliveries are made by DHL, Evri, Royal Mail and on occasions other carriers where necessary and may require a signature. If you need more information contact us with the order details and we will advise who the carrier will be.

Wooden orders are sent with DHL on a proof of delivery service so someone needs to be there to accept the delivery. You should receive an email on the morning of the delivery from DHL with delivery information a delivery time slot (so that you can be in to accept the delivery) and a link should you need to change your delivery or delivery preferences.

Should you decide to ask for delivery whereby goods are left at your designated place please note that you will assume full liability for the safety of the goods and we or the courier cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage when goods are left at your request, any replacements will be at the cost of you the customer.

Return to sender is charged at £27.00 per parcel (multiple parcels to be advised) and we reserve the right to deduct this from any refunds that may become applicable.

On receipt please check all goods delivered and notify us within 72 hours of any missing, damaged or faulty items.

Returns and Refunds

1.If you are returning goods that are damaged you should notify us within 72 hours of receiving the goods, we require the goods to be left as they were received, to enable any possible claim to be put against our suppliers or carriers. We would also require photographic evidence of any damages. We will look at each case individually and if we require you to return the goods we will refund the shipping cost, alternatively we will pick up from your premises and provide you a full replacement.


2. Unwanted goods can be returned to us for a refund or credit if they are in perfect resalable condition and within 14 days of receiving these goods. Return costs will be paid by the customer and if you ask us to make arrangements for a pick up we will refund the cost of the goods minus any return shipping costs incurred by the company, the cost to be agreed in advance. If you wish to exchange an item the cost of the replacement item including shipping and collection charges (if we are arranging this for you) is to be paid for prior to despatch, the cost of the returned item (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded once received back and if in a perfect resalable condition. Return/Collection charges vary according to items and are not the same as the original shipping cost.

However we sincerely hope that you will never need to use this service and that your orders will be correct first time and that you will be pleased with your purchases.
