My top tip would be to purchase one of your Scheppach shredders - best thing I've ever bought for the garden. No problem with getting rid of all those prunings any more and all the shreddings can be put straight back on the beds as a very useful and good-looking mulch. Brilliant !
I've just sent my copy of your catalogue to my daughter-in-law's Dad , as I've recommended the shredder to him - so hopefully another sale for you.

I ordered a twin composter with lids from yout firm and was amazed when it was delivered the next day!
This was mid-October - they have been sited and are in use - also amazed that all the pieces were there - instructions easy to follow. This is a a BIG thank you to your 'Team' - a very satisfied customer here.
I have always been a composter - but so much easier now!

I have just returned from my house in France where I have a Scheppach 45 mm Shredder.. I was happily shredding the days loppings at 9.00pm one evening without disturbing the neighbours and I thought I should write and tell you how wonderful this shredder is!
I have had two of these for over a year- one for our UK house and one for our house in France. They cope with anything I throw at them, they are extremely reliable - and they are extremely quiet - which means that we can work early in the morning and late at night without disturbing anyone.
I bought them after reading the review in the Daily Telegraph - and never regretted it.

"I really like this one because it's large & you do need a big volume if you want high temperature for an efficient compost process. It is also useful because it comes as two separate bins which you can slot together. Ideally, you want more than one bin so you can be filling one while the other is maturing."

The compost makers I ordered arrived this morning. What fantastic service! I admit I was a little sceptical about the time (a few minutes) quoted for putting them together: IKEA flatpacks sprang to mind. However, it was as simple and as quick as you said and I am delighted (sad, I know, to be so enthused about compost makers). The accompanying literature was also very useful.

A couple of years ago I bought a Sheppach shredder from you and have to say I do not know how I managed without it. It is easy to move, easy to operate, easy to keep clean and, above all, quiet. I do wish manufacturers of garden equipment would pay more attention to noise levels: one of the worst 'pollutants', I feel.

I have just received two children's compost bins (24 hours after placing my order online) and they are absolutely wonderful - thank you. Brilliant service. They are not actually for children but are just the size I wanted to create a raised bed on my allotment for growing squash, among other things. As they say on TV the possibilities are endless!

Many thanks for the rapid despatch of the bins. I have been recycling compost for many years (long before it became fashionable and before the term 'green' appeared, but I have to say that I have not had compost heat up to such a degree before as with these bins (hence the purchase of 3 more). With 1/3 of an acre (much of it grass and hedgerows, as well as vegetable and flower beds, we have a lot of material to recycle.

I am addressing this letter to you, as you were the person who was responsible for the establishment of the Company.

Thank you so much for your very quick reply to my phone call regarding the “back porch compost tumbler”. Which I see by your brochure is now a patio tumbler.

I was really surprised and delighted by your quick response to my enquiry, although I did inform you that I would be away for two or three weeks. However your brochure was a real pleasure to peruse and as I had spent over 40 years in teaching, during which I encouraged the children to observe and enjoy many aspects of life in its many forms, i.e.; keeping gerbils in the classroom which to myself as well as the children was exciting and a great learning experience. Nature walks to the nearby park was always a joy, to see the seasons come and go and learn the names of the different trees, flowers and grasses etc.

While I was reading your brochure, I imagined myself with a classroom of children all occupied in the various forms they could participate in enjoying the environment and helping to preserve it. But as I am now in my 80’s I’m afraid this is just a dream.

My dream though is when I return from my holiday I may contact the young members of our village to start a gardening club for the youngsters. We have a huge garden and with help we could give over half of it to young enthusiasts, which would be of benefit to my husband and myself.

Of course this is just a dream I will be ordering from you when I return, but far more I thank you for your very quick response and giving me the chance to dream of helping in some way to encourage the joy of living in our wonderful world and inspiring the enthusiasm in the future generation.
