Garden Organic is the working name of the Henry Doubleday Research Association (HDRA). We are a registered charity, and Europe's largest organic membership organisation. We are dedicated to researching and promoting organic gardening, farming and food.

The Centre for Alternative Technology exists to promote another way of living, which looks at the outcomes of our actions. We show people the impact they have on our environment, and help them take steps to reduce that impact. We offer a wealth of practical experience gathered over three decades by experimenting with alternative ways of living.
